Annual churn is compounded from your monthly rate — 1 − (1 − monthly rate)^12 — because churn works against a shrinking base, so a flat ×12 would overstate the loss. Revenue-at-risk is that annual rate × members × annual membership value. The score weights churn rate (30%), process maturity (50%), and business size (20%).
